NFL Training Camp Notes

Donnie Avery is ahead of schedule.  Not long ago, Avery was projected to miss the first few weeks of the regular season with a foot injury.  Now, though, he's already practicing and says he will be ready for the opener.  I'm a little concerned he's being rushed back too soon, but barring a setback, he should be bumped back up on your cheatsheets.

Ben Utecht suffering through post-concussion symptoms.  Utetcht was already a marginal option, but now that he's out indefinitely with lingering post-concussion symptoms and concerns about high blood pressure, it's a good idea to cross him off your lists altogether.

Fred Jackson to get x-rays on his thumb and wrist.  Apparently Jackson just re-aggravated a thumb and wrist injury.  Check on the x-ray results - if he has a break, the value he has as a starter for the Bills in Weeks 1-3 (while Marshawn Lynch is suspended) would take a huge hit.
