Born in Utah, Ryan will join the Utes' football program despite their already impressive depth at tight end. They have at least two 2024-eligible TEs (Landen King and Brant Kuithe) who logged more than 150 receiving yards with three touchdowns. However, Ryan has a legitimate reason to be confident that he can shine over both. For fellow Pac-12 college UCLA, the transfer recorded 13 receptions with 205 yards (15.8 averaged per carry) and three touchdowns himself during his 2023 season.
