Waller is not a lock to return from a five-game absence Sunday, as he was listed as questionable for Week 15 after logging back-to-back limited practice sessions to end the week. DeVito got his first snaps under center in the Giants' Week 8 loss to the Jets when Taylor was knocked out of the game with a rib injury. DeVito has had Daniel Bellinger as his big tight end target over the past few weeks, and the addition of Waller to the passing attack would be a substantial upgrade for the quarterback.
